Other atc programs are "terrain aware" (pro/atc-x,pilot2atc and now also voxatc beta) so I was wondering if there are plans for pf3 to be made terrain aware as well ?

Terrain and sid/stars (navigraph and all that) awareness would really be the icing on the cake imo.

So i tried another flight to see how pf3 would do if i skipped some (maybe one or two) waypoints and included in the flightplan waypoints close to one another. When I missed the waypoints I was told you're off course but never got vectored back.Other requests were met with "unable at this time...

Well, after I asked for vectors atc directed me straight to the destination airport. So i created a flightplan with PFPX, ellx DIK3X DIK UN852 GOPAS/N0400F195 UN852 GESLO/N0378F195 N852 LNO DCT SOPVI DCT EHEH, exported it to p3d and loaded it with pf3 from the p3d files directory. I don't know all the exact differences, but I think the new one will take some shortcuts when you're already more or less flying in the correct direction. Since you might then need to lose the same altitude in less distance, this might lead to steeper descents than we were used to in earlier versio...
