OMFG, I FIXED IT.

It was the "Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support" setting in the regional settings panel, which I remember changing but I don't remember why!

I removed it, restarted, and suddenly it works!

I'm trying to think what changed (because something MUST have changed, otherwise this whole thing does not make any sense), but I cannot remember anything. I've also tried to redo the database with a clean install of MakeRwys, to see if the files were somehow corrupted, reinstalled the whole PF3 jus...

I just tried, but unfortunately, it's the same.

Don't worry about clutching at straws or anything. I'm a software developer and I understand the difficulty of debugging things like this. We'll get to it, no worries.

I just did the whole process, but unfortunately, it still crashes.

I'm attaching some new logs in case anything changed.
