Dave thank you for the reply. I have tried again and failed. I therefore accept your kind offer to help remotely. I will download the viewer you have designated and will await a date and time convenient to you.

I fail to obtain a successful update from 3.0.0 to 3.10.30 using either the update function built into PF3 or using the downloaded cumulative update option downloaded from and covered in this forum.
