Installed PF3 3.21.0 when PF3 connects no sound from Atc or copilot. Only ATIS and buttons 3,4 working. Frequencies are changing by copilot.

I had a problem and reinstalled few times on the same PC. Last reinstallation done because PF3 would not load just white page. Now it does not allowed to activate as to many times installed. As I installed fresh there is no log file.
What can be done?
