I think this may be a 25kHz/8.33kHz radio issue, if the Fenix A320 supports 8.33kHz radio. In order to tune to 113.75(0) you may need to actually set 113.755 on your aircraft radio. I hadn't realised that you were enquiring about VR for X-Plane; unfortunately, as Dave pointed out, the In-Game Display feature only works with MSFS. However, a quick look at the information for MoveVR suggests that you should be able to view a standard Chrome browser window within your VR environme...

I understand that the Web Display in-game display, which can include Remote Text, works quite well in a VR setup.
