Oh my word. I've had exactly the same issue.
Keyboard is Polish (programmer) and the default hotkey didn't work for me either. Had to change it to numpad '/' too for it to work

Well yea, it's just stitched two different recordings together. Pretty common in other programs.
Please do not remove the newer recording. I get that some might not think it's ok, or immersion breaking or whatever.

Now it works like a charm. No need to disable skins, all works, lets get down to testing this bad boy of a new version <3
