Thanks Dave.

Now I am a bit confused (not with what you said, but with what I did, and more than once).

I just created a new plan, set the STAR and the OCN, exited PF3 and then selected the same plan and I got the two prompts.

I will try again.

Thanks, Mark

Hi Dave,

Thank you for looking at this. I definately defined the entry and exit points and save the file. I also got the confirmation message and the data file, which is attached.

Also attached is the flight plan.

Kind regards,

Mark

Gents, Until recently, I have only done trans Atlantic crossings, and the inbuilt features with Gander and Shanwick work perfectly. However, recently I have attempted some flights in other parts of the world where you would go "Oceanic" and nothing happens. I follow the procedure in the ma...

Hi Dave, Thank you for your time. Yes, it was the correct log, so if it did not come from PF3 (which I admit was an assumption given that is the application that talks to me) then maybe I have stumbled on some functionality with either the A320 or ASP4 (and I will go check ASP4 as it was definitely ...

Hi Dave,

Sorry, file is attached - I was still flying when I placed the message, via my iPad.

I meant to do it when I landed but realised it was 12.40am, so called it a night!

Thanks,

Mark

Gents, Thank you for the continuing contributions. Pete explained to me what the log message means, why it comes up, what FSUIPC does in that situation and how I can test everything is working. I have followed his sage advice and everything has checked out and for now, I have also reverted my [Traff...
