Maybe the problems you experienced were because your flight plan had the cruise altitude as 350, not 35000.
What the... Yeah, ok, guess that could be the reason  Thanks.

You can try assigning the PTT key to a button and activate "Key press to repeat while held" in FSUIPC and see if that works better for you.
Interesting idea. I'll try setting the time-out to 1 second and having FSUIPC press the game key every second as long as I'm holding down the PTT.

Hello everyone, flying from KASE to KDFW yesterday, I encountered a couple of issues. Not sure if they were partly my fault. Here we go: - Clearance cleared me to an initial altitude of 4000. Aspen sits almost twice as high, so I couldn't comply. This has happened to me at least twice. That led to A...

Hello everyone,

I have a question concerning the climb and descent rates in the aircraft profiles. Climb rates are easy to find, but not so descent rates. How do you guys do it? Do you have a database? Or is there a rule of thumb, like descent rate = climb rate x 1,5 for props?

Cheers,

Dimi

PF3 already supports 'Request direct to...' a waypoint in your flight plan Roger, but I don't think that will help if I want to temporarily divert from the filed plan to fly around bad weather. But on that subject: I would be cool if PF3 were to issue directs by itself, maybe when traffic is thin. ...

I don't know if has been already mentioned, but with nicely working weather radars being available for a while now, a feature I'd love to see is the ability to request a deviation (lateral, not vertical) due to weather.

I have that phenomenon in the area of Greece and in other areas, as well. Afraid I can't provide logs at the moment, though. Maybe after my next flight there.
