Post subject:  Wrong runway clearance event though disengaged

Hi all,

Having a new issue when flying into YMML. Updated database as added new scenery to YMML (Orbx) and running current PFE. YMML has four runways. Have placed a "x" against all runway in sid/start menu except for runway 16 with ILS which I have placed a "B" for both landing and takeoff. When coming into land for 16 it gives me runway 27 or 34 even though these have been disengaged through PFE. Any ideas?

Cheers in advance

Ben

Hi Ben,

Send me the debug log please. If you've done another flight since this issue please send the OLD log. If you've done more flights please recreate the issue then send the log.

Just did your flight using Wilco's 737PIC,FS2004 with std scenery for YPAD and YMML.
Deactivated the runways as you did, leaving 16 marked "B"
Had a 22kts crosswind when landing on runway 16,no issues at all.
This could be a scenery issue in which case you may need to check settings etc or deactivate it or contact ORBX to see if they can suggest something......

Edit:Just looked at ORBX website, have you installed some extra scenery from them to make the airport work, something called FTX AU ...if you haven't this could be causing the problem!!

Edit: I did a flight from Aberdeen to London Heathrow (UK2000 xtreme) did similar to you by editing some runways for landing and departure only,no problems at all,got correct runway for landing...
