| I hope you can help me with a problem I am not able to solve. Everything is very fine from the departure but after a little while when they told me to resume own navigation suddenly I lost the contact with PFE. It makes no difference what command I ask for with the hotkeys. I can not contact PFE for the rest of the flight. I have tried with almost everything for a while but not able to solve it on my own so I hope you can help me with it. |

| Thanks for the log. The first time you attempted to contact ATC you were NOT tuned to any ATC facility. Then, for some reason, PFE STOPPED, so subsequent attempts literally fell on deaf ears. The first thing we need to do is ensure you have a sound (excuse the pun) installation. Please download and install the latest cumulative updates package from the forum. When installing please ensure you stop all other programs, especially your anti-virus and any other security type programs you may have. Then try another flight to see how you get on. Any further problems please email the details together with the latest log file |

| I uninstalled the antivirus program(ESET SMART SECURITY) and reinstalled PFE but without the voice pack and believe it or not so works the program perfectly. Cheers. |
