I'm going to try out the approaches using PFE
I hope that PFE observes the rules according to the official website

The only rules PFE observes are the ones built into it :D

As far as I know, procedure-wise the only things you can customize are the minimum FAF altitude, missed approach altitude and which runways are used for landing and takeoff (or closed altogether). You'll be vectored to final (no lateral or terrain rectrictions / awareness) or you can fly the approach independently until on final if there is a special procedure. That's all.

I don't know what you expect, but don't expect detailed airport-specific procedures to work "out of the box".
