Post subject:  Departure time and FS pause

Hello,

I think this is a great add-on, but there is something I cannot understand, and that is the departure time managing.

Let’s say I start from the following situation:

FSX (windowed mode) fully loaded and in pause, and not on focus;
FDC just successfully connected with the counting-down clock (set to 40' before departure) working.

Well, if now I click on FS window transferring the focus onto it and hit ‘P’, FDC's clock keeps working. If I hit ‘P’ again, FDC’s clock stops counting. That seems correct, and if I hit ‘P’ repeatedly (putting FS in pause and then restart it again and again), FDC’s clock stops and resumes working accordingly. But if I leave FS in pause mode for, say, 20 sec. or longer, when I press ‘P’ again to restart it, FDC’s clock fails to restart counting. To resume the FDC clock working, it is necessary to hit ‘P’ again twice in a rapid sequence, otherwise FDC’s clock remains frozen!

I already sent an email with the log files attached but no response so far.

Yes I am, the version appearing on top of FDC's main screen is 3.14.0.

Thanks for you reply,

Roberto A.

p.s. currently I am using FDC before the departure time always pressing quickly 'P' 3 times whenever I resume FS
after a pause (until now this is the only way I know to be sure FDC's clock resumes counting).
