FYI:
after reinstalling PFE (hadnt used for a while, flying VATSIM)
had endless problems with 'PFE has problems, disconnecting now' and 'rebuild database'.
When I read a Japannese thread, who had reset his Region/language
I have a US region, but set to EU Date Format (dd-MM-yy)
Also, I had noticed in the DBRebuild2.log, that there were correct start and end dates, but
in between 'xx-01-09', (its june 09) that seemed odd

So during Rebuilding (on a notebook over my network),
when setting the Date Format to standard US, all is well (again)
and after rebuild, can set my notebook back to non-US format
this seems a 'bug' in the rebuilder module

great util, mt

Vista32 PFE 2.11
