So far everything seems to work the way it should, except when I'm about to start engine one on my Level-D 767, the FO response to starting engine 1 loops continues even after the engine starts, and during all other calls. Not sure why that is, since I'm not having that problem with the other aircrafts. Any ideas?

If its only happening with the one aircraft its probably a compatability issue. Create a profile for that aircraft and turn the call off.

This tends to happen with FSX 3rd party aircraft.
Use ctrl+E to start engines at same time, this stops the looping

Yep, if you start the engine manual for example in Airbus the co-pilot wont stop saying start number one until you disengage the start valve
