Attempted to download this file but receive "server returned invalid or unrecognised response.

I download the file but when I open it it's invalid

Make sure you disable your anti virus software when downloading, its probably corrupting the file. I've just done a test download of the zip file and its working and opening fine for me.

Thanks Andy that solved that but now I'm getting a panel that says "PFE has a problem and is now closing down...where do we go from here ....Nevd

No you haven't upset anyone and sorry for the delay, it's just that pfe support is not at the top of my list of priorities at the moment, I'm too busy with personal and family issues. I will take a look as soon as I can.
