Try changing your WIndows Regional settings to UK and see if that makes any difference

Excellent, but PFE should handle all regions. What is your normal setting?

My normal setting is "france". Now, in the PF2000 map for add star or sid, the waypoints are well willing. What is the probleme with french setting ?
