I recently just installed FDC Live Cockpit, but for some reasons I have been getting error messages. This in turn prevents the program from running and just leaves me with the FDC Live cockpit cover page. I am currently running Windows 7-64bit. This program ran on my other previous computer with Windows XP. Is there a driver I need? An update perhaps? Thanks.

FDC runs fine with Win 7.

What version of FDC are you using.... the latest is 3.14?

I am using FDC live cockpit version 3.7. For some reason it is detecting my OS as Windows Vista.

Well 3.7 is VERY old now and unsupported also. How could it possibly recognise an OS that had yet to be released?

I would suggest downloading/installing the cumulative update to get you up to date (version 3.14)

I cannot use the update feature on the main FDC menu since I can't even bring it up (Other than two error messages and a FDC wallpaper since it will not even start). Is there a link I can download these manually and get instructions on how to do so?

Nevermind, I found how to do this. Thank you and I will get back soon on the status of the problem if it continues after the update.

I don't understand, I just purchase FDC and it is version 3.7.9, when the update button is clicked, it says that I have the latest version. Is 3.7.9 not more recent than 3.14 ? I always thought that 3.7 was greater than 3.1 or 3.14 for that matter.

I too noticed that it recognized my OS as Vista instead of Win7. So, what should I do, download 3.14 ?

Thanks

The current version is 3.14 (14 is higher than 7.9)

Again, are you saying that I should manually download and manually update the product that I just purchased three days ago? And forget about the update button working on my current product?
