Error when launching PF3 with FreeLicence=1

Post subject:  Error when launching PF3 with FreeLicence=1
Hello,
When launching PF3 with FreeLicence=1 in the [Config] section of PF3.ini it crashes with a black window titled "PF3 ERROR DETECTED" prompting me to send the logs to ocs-support
The only log file produced is startup.log (the entire albeit small file is also attached) :

15/10/2024 14:26:05 - PF3 Aborting!
Though it may not be related to the "FreeLicence" as I always have an error when installing PF3, where it can't replace advapi32.dll
(which is already present in C:\Windows\system32, so I click on "ignore")

Any advice?

Edit: I forgot to precise I'm running FS9 on a x-lite Windows 10 ("Micro 10") virtual machine hosted on a macbook

Because it's the first time I'm running PF3 I create each time a new PF3.ini file with this content only:

[Config]
FreeLicence=1
but then the program fills in the rest (which is in the attached file)

Please use the attached PF3.INI file; all should be well.... extract it into your main PF3 folder. I'll make this available to all those downloading the installer for the Freeware
