I know I started the chain of events on this flight, but I have seen this happen a couple of times in some of the pre 3.22 betas when PF3 gives you a runway change to runway 0. I don't think PF3 should do that no matter what I might have done.

I think it might have happened when I used hotkey for a specific lower altitude and did not respond properly to the altitude prompt from PF3
