Ran update and "PF3 system check in progress" window shows for a second and then nothing.
Haven't tried to go back to beta - which worked fine, by the way. I did not include log cuz PF3 3.22 never started and last log was from old flight on 3.2.145.

Same issue, ran beta and updated via updates button...ctd.
Also cumulatives updater is dated 2018 so it isn't latest.
Put latest beta back in and no issues....

Same here; something is definitely not right.

After it wouldn't run, I also couldn't get it to run by rolling back PF3.exe to the 145 beta. So, I decided to uninstall and reinstall using the 3.16 downloader from Simmarket. Ran OK; updated to 3.21.0 after the first instance of "Check for Updates". Then clicking "Check for Updates" again, it prompts saying "New version of PF3 Available: 3.22.0". I click yes to download, it downloads, then asks if I want to install it, closes PF3, etc.

This time, it'll run, but it still says Version 3.21.0 under the Oncourse Software banner. Likewise, clicking "Check for Updates" brings up the "New version of PF3 Available: 3.22.0" prompt again. This time I said "No" to installing it, closed PF3 and then tried running the installer manually. But, same result. Seems I'm still stuck on 3.21. PF3.exe is dated 09/28/2023.

This also occurs with the PF3_Cumulative_Updates_Setup posted in the announcements. In total I've run the update at least 3 times (on this new reinstallation) but it hasn't appeared "to take".

Now I'll see if I can get the "not updated updated" version to still run after I've popped my backed-up PF3.ini and other ini's back into the mix.

Confirm, 3.22 crashes on start up. Running as admin. Previous beta worked fine.

Same here, previous beta ran fine but after running PF3_Cumulative_Updates_Setup.exe PF3 will not start

Also the exe file indicated it was the installer for 3.21

Sorry for the hiccup guys... I can't explain what happened, it was either me having a very bad senior moment (most likely) or there was a hiccup in the FTP upload that I didn't notice.

Everything 'should' be fine now but if your installation is slightly messed up I would suggest simply downloading the Cumulative Updates package and run it manually. That should sort it out.

For those of you wishing to do a full install at anytime the base installer has now been updated to 3.22.0 also. That is relevant when requesting a full download from the OnCourse Software site or any new purchases from our site using PayPal. Other reseller sites will be updated as soon as possible, that is once I've managed to jump through the necessary hoops! ;-)
