Hi Dave,

Nor "OK" here. For two days I have tried to download the Cumulative Updater for 3.22.0 but continually get "Network Error".

The automatic updater has never worked for me so I thought I would give it a whirl - whilst it has never updated in the past on my system, it has never done any harm. But it did this time, PF3 now crashes when you attempt to load it. It refers to an Error Report that doesn't exist.

Reinstated previous Beta pf3.exe but still crashes on load.

John

I'll send you the cumulative updates package via WeTransfer

Tried for a couple of days to update PF3, zero success. Can't even download the cumulative package, I click on the link and nothing happens.

That's weird... same thing happens here... but if you right-click on the link and choose 'copy link address' and paste that into your browser it works fine

Clicking on the link works fine for me - what browser are you using?

Hi John,
The automatic updater should work going forward, once you have managed to successfully install the 3.22.0 update.
I believe that I've fixed an issue with the updater that some users were seeing, and the new version is included in the update package.

I tried that three times. It downloads a very small portion of the update and then grinds to a halt.

So then I tried something else. I selected Incognito, in Chrome, right clicked on the link, and it immediately downloaded the Cumulative file. Go figure???
