v3.22 Will not Load

Did you run the installer as Admin?

What folder is PF3 installed in?
What version of Windows are you running?
What AV software, if any, are you using?

I have it installed in my D Drive D:PF3
Using Webroot and Windows 10

What happens now when you run the cumulative updates installer?

Get the same error. An error occurred while trying to replace the existing file Deletefile failed Code S
access is denied

Click retry to try again, ignore to skip this file ( not recommended) or abort to cancel installation.

If you right-click on your existing PF3.exe file and select properties, is it showing the file to be 'read only'?
