Hi Dave, Log should indicate that while giving takeoff clearance PF3 repeats the "Cleared for Take Off"7-8? times. Same as reporting position and request for ACARS/ATIS near the end of the flight. I know my keyboard sometimes repeaaaaats keystrokes so if that is the problem, then it's on me not you. Please check it out.

Different issue but note that on the decent to KBWI, PF3 keeps instructing me to maintain FL 28500. But the plane on AP seems to be following the decent pattern as I had programmed into the Flight Plan. What's with that?

Finally, I got the Donel0 message and immediately crashed FYI

According to the log a hotkey was used each time you got a repeated instruction, so if you weren't hitting the key I would definitely think about cleaning or replacing your keyboard! :o

Re the call to maintain FL285, you were simply being nagged as ATC thought you were climbing a little slow.

The repeating message issue is caused by FSUIPC. I had the same problem but the latest version of FSUIPC cured it.
