ATC - no response

ZBAD doesn't exist in my default FSX data nor in the MSFS data. Is this an addon airport? If so you will need to rebuild the PF3 database

ZBAD is the new (but not all that new: opened in 2019) international airport for Beijing, Beijing Daxing Intl. I am surprised it isn't even in MSFS. Yes, it's an addon in my setup, but the airport has been in the X-Plane default database for some time now.

I have added the COMs to the f5.csv file and will recreate the PF3 database.
