When I've loaded a flight plan and then click adjust SID/STAR/Altitude, I get the error message:

frmFPAdjust (Load) 5 - 41A

it says to let y'all know about it. This is on 3.21.0 with database rebuilt.

I am not sure what log to attach, so please let me know and I will do so immediately.

Debug log from the last flight ... but I do not fly a flight when the error happens because....

1) I get this error message when clicking "Adjust Altitudes, SIDs, STARs and Holds for Selected Flight Plan" https://prnt.sc/31oupGcw_ne2 (Screenshot_1)

2) I then get this error message when I click anything on the FP Adjustment screen which then force closes PF3 https://prnt.sc/TeACKOs5a5Da (screenshot_2)

Please check you have the following file on your system. You'll find it in Windows\System32 or Windows\Syswow64 and it's named

10Tec_hTooltip_100.dll

There's a chance your AV may have removed it due to a false positive or it may be there but didn't install correctly. The best thing to do is try reinstalling the cumulative updates found at the top of this forum. If that doesn't help then a full PF3 install would be needed. In each case you might need to temporarily disable your AV and then configure it not to ignore with the PF3 files

Please let us know how you get on

@Dave March The file requested is in the folder specified. I did not have this problem until downloading and installing the latest PF3 version 3.21 .. before, this was never an issue.

Additionally, I've noticed that no airports have ATIS frequency anymore.

Best advice I can give is to reinstall the cumulative updates package and see if that helps. If not please let me know and also attach your debug log (see the red message at the top of this forum)

Debug log is attached in the 2nd message on this thread. I'll try reinstalling updates as I can. The download from the PF3 servers to get 3.21 took well over an hour with a strong, fast, stable connection on my end (I download 6 gig files in a couple of minutes).

I was away for a few days on a trip.

I reinstalled everything from the download link on the download page, and then updated to 3.21.0

Now, when I select an alternate airport on the flightplan page, PF3 just closes itself as soon as I press enter.

Why on earth did you add your post to this topic?

I would suggest reinstalling and make sure you stop all other programs and even you AV during the install. Then configure your AV not to scan the PF3 files.
