Newly installed PF3 programs won't start - problem solved

I thought I would post this in case anyone else was running into the same issue.

I changed my Win11 security settings (ransomeware) a few months ago and started running into the problem where newly installed programs would not run. No indication as to why, no crash or BSOD, just nothing.

I discovered on the properties page of the exe file a new permission I needed to grant and now installs are working again.
