Hi Dave,
Using latest Beta, got slight anomaly on approach to Oslo Intl and never had it before.
I was told to expect vectors for runway 19R...so entered into CDU and after being given directions to runways/airport, then without any notice i was told cleared to land on runway 19L.
Don't think i missed any instructions as i use the message log on another monitor,

Just one of those things Dave. The early info regarding 19R was correct as we detected AI traffic landing on that runway. Once you were handed off to Approach we check again and that time 19L was being used.

Dave, after giving this some thought in my sleep (yeah I know, it's said that I haven't anything better to dream about :o , but there you go) and I've decided that I should be making another check after the 'Expect runway' call, or at least not if AI are still landing in the same direction. Sudden wind changes of course could change things but then you would get the normal 'Runway change' call. So I'll be putting something in the next beta. Almost impossible to test though.

It'll probably never happen again but thanks for having another look at it,as i said never had it in all my time using PF3,

It was just one of those rare timing issues, but it shouldn't happen again after the next beta release
