I turned off Microsoft Defender and Tamper Protection, allowed the exe file in ransomeware protection and still nothing.
3.20.0 operates fine but I would eventually like to update.

| Hi Dave, I am currently running ver 3.20.0 and the "check for updates" button didn't show any updates were available, so I downloaded the "PF3_Cumulative_Updates_Setup.exe" to update that way. I don't get any response when I try to open the file. I've tried running it as an admin and also normally, not as an admin. I don't see an indication that the .exe is running on screen or in task manager. Any suggestions on what to try next? |

| Hi, Another Dave here,after downloading it and like you it didn't detect updates either,so maybe that's broke....i don't know. Did you extract the PF3.exe update to your desktop and also disable your anti virus programmme, as mine played havoc with it. Run as admin,as that's what i did and it ran and installed ok,try that and let us know how you got on please, |

Just downloaded it here to check and it runs fine, so I', somewhat perplexed as to why it's not running for you. Have you checked in Task Manager to see if it's running? | It's not running, nothing is showing up in task manager. However the "check for updates" feature is now working and I will try to download the update thru the app and see what happens later today. Ok I thought I'd give it one more try thru the updater in the app and got it to update to 3.21.0 Hooray! One more question, do I have to update the PF3WebDisplay? I try it out later today, 4 in the morning here now. |

| The latest version of Web Display is included in this update package, it should show as Release 2.1.0 when you start it. Cheers, Martin |
