Dear reader,

When i select a flightplan, i get an error message.

It says runtime error 9. Subscript out of range.

Could you please help me with this problem?

Have you rebuilt the pf3 database, including running makerwys?

If you have please select options #2 then Advanced Options then under the MISC tab select 'don't use skins'

If that doesn't help please attach the flight plan your trying to load plus ALL the files in your PF3/Logs folder

Hello Dave,

Both options didn't work out. I emailed you an error report.
Is it maybe an option to reinstall? I am not sure how that is gonna work out with the limited amount of reinstallations. Please let me know if that is an option.
I have added the flightplan. And the other files in the logs directory

Hello Dave,

Is it an idea to reinstall?

Unfortunately Dave may not be able to respond for a while.

I have successfully loaded your flight plan into my system, so I don't believe that the FP is the problem.
I've also taken a look at the various logs provided and am wondering if your regional settings may have accidentally been changed (I'm seeing commas where I'm expecting decimal points); the following link explains how they need to be set for PF3 to work: http://www.ocs-support.co.uk/forums/vie ... nal#p25416

Hope this helps,
Martin

Hello Martin

The regional settings were the way they were supposed to be.
I changed the coma to a point. That seems to have done the job.
Funny that such a small thing screws up the program. Computers are weird sometimes.
Thanks for the help.

Regards,

Rob Peters.

Not weird... just old and outdated.

Two of the .ocx files needed for networking the acars display
are missing. Have to be downloaded from the web ... not dodgy at all.

Even when you say not to use live weatger it ibsists on using live QNH at departure.

So does it even interact with the latest simconnect properly ?

Man it need rebuilding.

It is not designed for Win 10 or later.

If you select to use real weather that's exactly what it does, but not through simconnect because there is no weather interface available from Asobo and probably won't ever be! If you don't use real weather it will use just local data, which is all that's available but no good for looking at your destination weather! Which is why we recommend using real weather.

There are no files missing from the full installation, if you have missing files then something had removed them! But thank you for your thoughts.

And just to add to Dave March's reply....it works just fine under Windows 10/11.
