PF3 Silent on Final Approach and Landing Instructions

Hi Dave,
Hope you are doing well despite some health issues you are having recently.
I was on the return leg from Cyprus when on approach to London Heathrow got ILS rwy and told to contact Tower on 118.50 in which PF3 did, also at some point i was told to descend on ILS, so nothing wrong there, after landing i didn't get anymore instructions from tower to vacate rwy or taxi to gate/terminal.
After being told to contact Tower PF3 went totally silent,i checked logs and couldn't see anything out of the ordinary, no error codes/messages, this happened yesterday enroute to Cyprus and a few times before but not all the time...bizarre!

Edit: Not happened recently because i left the plan alone.
Previously i had deleted one or two w/p's from the plan using the entry removal button,so i'm wondering if that's got something to do with it...
