I'm going to have a look at the downloads when I get home as only on my mobile.

I still can't believe their is not a "cabin crew prepare for landing" call from the co pilot or do I keep missing it or not being triggered, I'm starting to wonder what I did actually get for what I have to say not a cheap package.
The pack of sounds I had there were "cabin crew prepare for Landing" and takeoff too.

Yes, do what I did... find someone to record a set to your liking. Only about 6 files... very easy to do.

The 'prepare for landing' could either be added as a User File and triggered at a certain altitude or as a Flight Deck announcement file and triggered via a hotkey

If you would like to share your work when complete I'd be happy to make it available from the FDC downloads section ;-)

JD,

I don't know where you are looking but I have 'doors to manual', doors to automatic', cabin crew prepare for departure, cabin crew seats for landing and others too; all with FDC as standard.

I have also found BA, Spanish, Greek and German cabin crew announcements (as opposed to flight deck announcements) on AVSIM and other sites. I use these for my user WAV files.

I have a list that runs into many pages of wav files available in FDC, and that is just for one pilot. I have set up check lists for ten or eleven aircraft, all in detail and matching the correct lists. One or two I have had to use a simple programme for editing wav files to obtain the exact phrase I wanted. All material for WAV files was available within FDC.

FDC can be a plug and play type product, but much more can be got out of it with time and effort configuring it.

I feel FDC is very good value for money offering the ability to configure it as one wishes to use it. In addition users have taken time to offer aircraft configuration files FOC, adding to the experience.

I don't mean to be provocative, but I do feel it is too early for you to critisise FDC as you have yet to gain experience using it :)

I am sure once set up you will get much enjoyment from using and configuring it; even more if you use it in conjunction with PFE ;)

Best

Dave
