Activating PF3

I am a long time user of PF3. After rebuilding the database TGS didn't work anymore. I decided, to uninstall PF3 to simple work with a fres install.
Uninstalled... , downloaded newest version... Installed it but wasn't able to re-activate PF3.
Why is it so hard to reinstall this program?

I'll give you credit Dave where activations have been exceeded, you sort the issue out within 24 hrs and not having to make the customer wait nearly a week,namely FS Labs!
