| When I try to submit a PF3 Full Installer Download Request at this page "https://www.oncourse-software.co.uk/dlinkpage.php" I get the following error: Activation code is not valid! I am copy/pasting my registered licence name, email and activation code from the MyCommerce delivery email so I don't believe I'm making are any errors. Please advise. Thanks Chris |

| I believe you've only just purchased PF3, in which case the file used for checking activation codes is not up to date... I'll look at that. But since you're a new user why do you need another download? |

| I hoped that a fresh download and reinstall would solve my other problem that I have posted today regarding the hang that occurs when I try to select a flight plan. I still have the previous download which says it is v3.16.00. |
