With latest Beta, PF3 does not provide departure guidance after takeoff. No SID selected. tc

Is this the correct log? It looks like it is from version 3.19.20 and dated 1/19/2023, and you did get departure guidance.

1/19/2023 7:00:46 PM: 580 - PF3 Version: 3.19.20

You were given an initial heading instruction of 085 on takeoff and did not turn to that heading once airborne. PF3 was waiting for you to turn to the initial heading before providing further vectors.

Umm, I'll do the flight again and see if I missed the initial instructions. In an earlier flight, departure had me fly in the opposite direction for a very long time before giving me heading instructions. But thanks for the quick check. I will report back. All else, regarding the new Beta looks great. tc

Just to mention that (when not flying a SID) there is an element of randomisation here, so sometimes you will initially be told to fly runway heading, sometimes to the left, or sometimes to the right. Usually once you reach the target heading, further vectors are given pretty quickly to put you on a course toward your first waypoint.
