All programs are working, can access FS2020 after choosing a flight plan,
however there is no sound from PF3: the default ATC voices can be heard.
Enclosed is a zip file, which may have the answer.

Haven't had chance to look at the log yet, but the following might help from a recent post with the same issue.

PF3 cannot detect the avionics master switch in that aircraft. The following was taken from the PF3 Version History doc for version 3.18.0

Please Note: Some MSFS aircraft seem to have an problem with their
Master Avionics not showing up as being 'On' when starting from Cold
Dark. Everything appears to work when starting with the engines running.
When this happens PF3 detects Avionics are off. Should this be a problem
for you there's a new option under Options #2 / Advanced Options /
COMs, named 'Ignore Avionics Switch'. When selecting this new option PF3
will consider your Avionics are ON at all time and will not detect them
being turn off.

Hello, just tried as above.
Set up flight Los Angeles to Boston, after setting
"Ignore Avionics Switch" to checked.

ATIS channel now has both default and PF3 voices;
However, turning down the volume lowers both voices.

All other channels are default-only voices.

The default ATIS coming through has nothing to do with PF3, we don't control that at all.
