Good evening Pilots,

So recently I have included another great plane in my fleet, it's FBW A32NX.
I've been using PF3 with other aircraft without issues, mostly with PMDG 737 and Aerosoft CRJ, but with FBW something is different and it doesn't work as it should. I am making a flight plan with Simbrief, importing, adjusting it and connecting to MSFS. While I can see starting displays like flight plan and radio frequencies, the ping ping sound is not coming and that is the first difference. After all, I can't hear ATIS and can't get clearance or do any action with hot keys, so basically PF3 is unusable. Maybe I have missed something in the manual or in the forums, but is there any special trick required to do, to make PF3 work with FBW A32NX?
Sorry if it's a silly question, but I can't figure it out by my self :?

Thanks in advance!

Regards, Viktor.

Hi Dave,

I hope you are ok.
Sorry, I knew about forum rules, to attach debug_monitor, but for some reason I thought that it would be useless, as I could not even get clearance for flight, so shut down PF3 and made a flight without ATC :D Correcting my mistake now and attaching the file.
I hope it is useful and correct one. Flight should be RJOO-RJTT.

Regards, Viktor.

PF3 cannot detect the avionics master switch in that aircraft. The following was taken from the PF3 Version History doc for version 3.18.0
Quote:
Please Note: Some MSFS aircraft seem to have an problem with their
Master Avionics not showing up as being 'On' when starting from Cold
Dark. Everything appears to work when starting with the engines running.
When this happens PF3 detects Avionics are off. Should this be a problem
for you there's a new option under Options #2 / Advanced Options /
COMs, named 'Ignore Avionics Switch'. When selecting this new option PF3
will consider your Avionics are ON at all time and will not detect them
being turn off.

Ah, ok Dave, thanks for your time.
I'll give it a try and I have a feeling that this could be a problem, as my FBW A32NX is always starting cold and dark as a default.

Regards, Viktor.

Hi Dave,

Just to confirm, the problem really was avionics master switch and after ticking "Ignore Avionics Switched" PF3 is working as with other aircraft now.
Thanks for pointing this out and sorry for being such a dummy
Your support is always much appreciated!

Regards, Viktor.
