Upon landing, Tower failed to transfer me to Ground. Could not call up frequencies, so I was forced to taxi without Ground or Taxi guidance.

Something strange did appear to occur toward the end of your flight when about 10 miles from the airport when changing to the tower frequency. The log doesn't show me anything else unfortunately. Please let us know if the same thing happens again and include the log
