Hello,

I get this error when I try to load a flight plan, it happens with all flight plans;

1. "There was a problem whilst processing this flight plan..."
2. "Run-time error '9': Subscript out of range"

then PF3 closes

Before requesting technical support, I have done a clean uninstall (deactivation, complete uninstall, reinstallation and activation),
but the problem persists.

I can't find the debug_monitor.log file in the PF3/Logs folder :?

Thank you very much,

I don't know if my memory is getting worse as I get older...
...I just can't remember how it used to be!

Fixed: It seems that the problem was in the regional settings in Windows 11:

1. Before: Formats 'Spanish from Spain', (my native language), changed to 'English, United States'
2. Before: Region/Administrative/Locale 'Spain Spanish', changed to 'English, United States'
3. Before 'Use UTF-8 Unicode' checked, changed to unchecked

Thank you very much for your quick reply
