When manually requesting push and start from ground I am finding it impossible to request taxi clearance from ground, the hotkey just keep repeating the pushback request.

I would appreciate any solution to this as it definitely adds realism

Hi,
You need to acknowledge clearance for push and start; then next time you contact Ground you will be requesting clearance to taxi.
So with the default hotkeys you use '0' to request push and start, C-S-\ to acknowledge, then '0' later to request clearance to taxi - and then C-S-\ again to acknowledge taxi clearance.
