| New to the program. With the demo I never had many problems but with the main program......oh dear. I can't display the closed captions window...tried lots of setups ---it worked ok with the demo. I can't display the Hotkey window either. CS T works sometimes but then stops working and I can't toggle the window to get rid of it or display more options The last three flights I have done have worked OK until I got to the descent when ATC gives me a descent then stops talking to me all together. I restarted the program but it wouldn't re-connect to the flight so had to land without PF3 which is silly... I attach the log. Thanks |

| The demo and the retail versions are the same Sorry you're experiencing problems but I can't help as you haven't included a log file... please see the red message at the top of the forum |

| The only way to display captions is to select the FS windows (Tips) however these display all calls including AI not just mine as I have set up/? I have changed CS T to C V but nothing appears when this combination is pressed. There is obviously something very wrong here. It used to work with the demo. You say both are the same but when i paid for the full product there was an update to the program and I downloaded the full product. This is affecting how I use MSFS so would like some help please. I add the latest log |

| I changed this to Ctrl V as stated in the post. Neither appear to work. C S T works sometimes but mostly not. I turned on the Hotkey sounds which verifies a key is being pressed. The Hotkeys display never has worked ? |

| Whatever hotkey you've changed it to it is still NOT 'active' according to your log. It needs a 'tick' next to it in the Hotkey display... please see the example pic in previous post |

| OK, I found the following:- the Hotkey window will only work reliably when there is no profile selected. If works fine if there's no profile. The closed caption window containing the ATC transcript does not work at all. If I select "say again" hotkeys I get another window open with the ATC log in but there is no window with ATC messages at all. I can see the ATC messages via the FS log windows only (tips) when set up, but this contains all transcripts of AI, my plane and other messages. |

The hotkey window works just fine, whether you have a profile selected or not. Again, works just fine and I use it all the time. We would be inundated with posts here if it didn't. I know it's not working for you but that's system specific and we need to find out why. Please attach your latest log file so I can see which settings you now have. |

| Right, for the attached log :- Profile was loaded CTRL V seemed to work ok bringing up the Hotkey window ( so i was wrong) There was no ATC messages window A log window was present when I clicked "say again" I am a bit frustrated now as things seem to change....however there is no ATC message window and I swear the Hotkey window doesn't always work like it should. |
