Post subject:  No Guidence with TGS since Update to PF3 v3.16

I no longer get voice prompts with TGS enabled since updating to v3.16. MSFS has not changed since then. In addition, tgs.exe continues to hang in the task manager when PF3 is exited.

Hi Dave & delfin,

I have "the same" problem also with MSFS and also since 3.16 without updating other things: The audio guidance of TGS does not work anymore.
  • I do not hear the Audio guidance
  • I also think the ATC volume was not reduced during taxi but I'm not 99% sure about that
  • TGS.exe is terminated normally for me after completing taxi (not hanging)
  • TGS_Display.exe does display the correct guidance during taxi so TGS itself seems to be working
So for some reason it seems the audio instructions are not audible anymore.

I solved installing a previous version of the file the.exe

Found it, fixed it... please use the attached till I get a new release out, hopefully Tues 19/04 after I've fixed a long standing issue :shock:

Perfect, Thank you Dave. It works for me again after replacing the exe.

Note that a few antiviruses notably the windows defender match a common Trojan to the zip file: https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/647 ... ?nocache=1
I'm sure it's a false positive (damn heuristics) but just so you know if people have trouble where the reason could be.
