| Hello. Using MSFS I noted that, starting from Hotfix 3.15.0 and 3.15.1, the TGS audio guidance does not work. Attached you find the debug_monitor,log file. Regards. |

| That's an incomplete file unfortunately... after you complete your next flight, if the same problems occur, please attach you debug log |

| Hello. OK: I made a complete flight and you find attached the debug monitor, TGS debug and TGS dept files. Like I tried to explain you, after update to 3.15.0 I don't receive instructions by TGS from departure gate to departure runway and, once I reach the departure runway, I have to manually set the tower frequency in order to get permission to takeoff. Moreover, in the last flight, the destination tower didn't give me the permission to land and PF3 stuck and I was obliged to hit CTRL-ALT-CANC to close it. Note: if I install the 3.15.0 version as a standalone zip file (the file that you shared on the forum before to release the official version), PF3 and its TGS work fine. Regards. |

| Well I can see where you closed PF3 as the log file ends abruptly. You were 10 miles from your destination and that is the point where you would normally be handed off to Tower... I think you should have waited a little longer. Besides, there's nothing stopping you from tuning to Tower manually |

| Hello. From the beginning of the topic I’m talking about TGS malfunction. This is my main problem after update. I still don’t understand why the TGS does not give me instructions anymore at departure airport after update. Independently from other questions. Regards. |

| Another thing: it is not true that I closed pf3 when I was 10 miles from the destination: I can assure that I landed (without permission from tower), then I closed PF3. That means PF3 stopped to work at 10 miles distance from destination airport. Regards. |

| Sure. If after landing and ending the flight, PF3 was still stuck on waiting for landing permission and if selecting on PF3 panel the button for disconnection it doesn’t respond I think the only thing to do is to hit CTRL +ALT+CANC and stop the program via Windows… I think you are a little disbelieving on what I’m writing, but the issue is real and, except these problems during landing, you didn’t mention why TGS does not work at departure airport after update. The issue is confirmed because, like I still wrote you, if I install the standalone exe file as per the following topic, PF3 works fine in all its functions. viewtopic.php?p=23005#p23005 |

| Sorry no, I'm not dis believing you at all, I'm just trying to clarify exactly what is or is not happening. I believe I have identified the reason why TGS does not give you any verbal directions. Do you use the new PF3 audio output device feature to perhaps send the audio to your headphones? |

| I selected “Speakers (Realtek high definition audio)” as Audio Output Configuration option. I don’t think this is the reason, because TGS did not work with 3.15.0 version too. While TGS works very fine if I install the 3.14.0.5 version installing the .exe file which you released in preview to correct altitude issues (I’m talking about the file to paste directly into the PF3 folder). So I think that the cause could be the new function related to Max spd for rolling taxi instructions (introduced with 3.15.0 hotfix update). Maybe it cause a general problem on aural instruction related to TGS. But it’s a my opinion. Regards. |
