Post subject:  New user: Questions about CP Mode and Hotkey Window
After trying the demo decided to take the plunge and buy the product. I think I get everything setup the way I want it, including 'randomizer'; which is highly recommended!

2 things remain unclear for me:

1. Regarding CP mode: Is it normal that in CP mode 2 the flow of IFR clearance, Pushback Clearance and Taxi clearance is done in '1 take'? What I mean is that right after IFR clearance the VCP requested pushback and start clearance and after receiving that he asked for taxi clearance. No time for me to program the FMC, manage the pushback and look up the airport charts :)

2. Regarding MSFS Hotkey Window: I can't get the window to show up. Much like the issue mentioned in this thread: viewtopic.php?t=3816&start=10. Has there been a solution offered already?

1. Please go to Options #2 and then check under the COMs heading for the item 'Auto Clearance COMs'. If you hover your mouse over the question mark icon it will give you further details ass to what this option provides.

Thanks for the log... according to which you never made any contact with ATC ao there were no captions to show plus you also need to turn closed captions on in Options #1

Ah, log is only of the last session. That was a short session, checking other stuff. Indeed not contacting ATC. Will try a longer session tomorrow including contacting and communicating with ATC.

If you haven't started another flight since sending this log file please attach the WX.Log files from your PF3/Logs folder.

If you have started another flight and have the same problems please let me have the latest debug log PLUS the WX.log

Ah, sorry I didn't notice this before but you need to select Options #1 then 'Use Closed Captions Mode'

That should do it

unfortunately, that's already checked in 'Options 1'.
