The altitude is set by your VCP in mode 3 on instructions from ATC, not your flight plan. You cannot change altitude according to your flight plan and can only do so when cleared by ATC

The LED bars on either side of the gauge give you an indication on how far you are from the next taxi waypoint and possible change of direction

Tody I was landing in EHAM and everything was very fine. As soon as I clear the runaway, usually the ATC will instruct to stop till taxi instructions to the peferred gate is given. I stopped and waited so long. No reply. At this point in time, I wanted to connect with Ground in EHAM after intering the frequency manually and pressing key 5. No response.
What would have happened?. How to overide such situvations without starting all over again?.

Please issue an update so that all frequencies at the departure or arrival airport must be displayed and they must be clickable by mouse.

Cheers

Dear Dave,
Sorry, I shall include log next time.
Please clarify how I call ATC to declare missed approach:. Which key please.?.
Should I also indicate missed approach altitude to ATC in PF3 SID/STAR page?
Thanks Dave

You declare a missed approach by using Hotkey 9 when tuned to Tower frequency. See pp. 137-140 of the User Guide for a convenient summary of the default hotkey functions.

It is not necessary to enter a missed approach altitude on the SID/STAR page. By default PF3 will use an altitude of 3000 ft or so above airport elevation. You can use the MAp Altitude setting if you want to use something other than the default (for example, due to terrain). See p. 47 of the User Guide.

Hi,

During a flight between CYUL and KDTW I had the same issue at cruising FL : ATC seems to have forgotten me.

Any clue with the attached Debug_monitor.log file ?

Thanks

Please don't tag onto an existing post, it makes it very difficult to keep track of what has and has not been addressed if the issues are not identical. Having said that I'm quite confident this has been addressed in 3.14.0, which I promise to get out before month end
