Hello Dave

Great to finally find this forum. I got troubles a bit like Avsim. Lost ALL my flightsim data (long story). Been trying to find out where I purchased PFE. I know it wasn't Aerosoft. I thought it was SimMarket, but I see no trace of it on my orders page.

Could you please have a look to see I got it from you?

Hi Phil,

It will probably be easier for you to check that yourself. If you purchased from our website during the first six months of initial release (or there abouts) it would have been purchased via Flight1. If you go to their support pages I believe you are able to enter your email address and last four digits of a credit/debit card to receive an email listing all your purchases.

Due to the Data Protection Act we are unable to keep any such details

I finally found the info required. It was infact at Aerosoft.

Next question though....... how do I get beyond the version that won't update itself any more?

I used to have the manual updates, but lost those too :oops:
