Somehow, I can connect to MSFS but I can not make PF3 work. First of all there is no voice at all once connected to MSFS. I can see inital window with IFR clearance but nothing happens afterwards even if I press 0 to acknowledge it.
When I tuned to ATIS, it gave a fata crash to PF3.
Please see the attached debug monitor.

best wishes
Ash

It appears you have some system DirectX files missing so would suggest the following:

Download the Microsoft DirectX for Managed Code Runtimes, using the following link:-

http://www.ocs-support.co.uk/downloads/ ... ntimes.zip

Once downloaded you need to unzip the content into a temporary folder anywhere on your system, then run the downloaded EXE. You will be prompted for a location to copy the extracted files into, so just choose the same temp folder.

Once that's done go into the temp folder and right-click the 'DXSetup.exe' program and then select 'Run as Administrator'

This will NOT alter any of your currently installed DirectX files but merely installs any missing runtimes in parallel
Once the DirectX Runtimes are installed please try running PF3 again and connecting to FS and let me know what happens. You can also delete the downloaded runtimes and temp folder if you wish

I did as you said and followed every step. additional direct files are installed. but no luck. Every time, I start PF3, load flight plan and connect ot MSFS, I receive a account control security message that WE.EXE wants to make changes. Even if I click yes all I see is the first dialogue window. After that I can not communicate with PF3. No voice at all.
IF I decline to we.exe, no PF3 dialogue window opens up.

I believe you mean WX.EXE not WE.EXE... you need to allow this to run as it handles the online weather for MSFS

With regard not being able to contact ATC you did not tune to the correct frequency and should have seen this prompt on-screen

10/31/2021 12:37:49 PM: 260 - FS Screen : ComFreq: 122.8 <> ClearanceFreq: 121.97

Well you won't hear any voices if you don't tune to the correct frequency

I tried it once again. There is no PF3 window stating clearance frequency. When I manually changed radio to clearance frequency and hit 0 button , it gave clearance information but again no voice. I pressed 0 button to acknowledge clearance but nothing happened. There is no text acknowledgement and ATC did not issue any ground frequency. Basically once PF3 gave me clearance, it froze.
During entire time there is no audio.
I am attaching debug file

Best wishes
Ash

According to the log you are not running FSUIPC. Remember, unlike other versions of FS FSUIPC does not run automatically within MSFS, you have to start it manually, unless you choose the option to create a Batch file st start FS/FSUIPC during FSUIPC installation

hi
I understand that FSUIPC is automatically connected to MSFS after version7.0.4. When i start MSFS, I see a FSUIPC window for a second before it disappears.

"However, FSUIPC7 is now (from v7.0.4 onwards) automatically started when you start MSFS. You can still start
FSUIPC7 manually if you so wish, by simply running (i.e. double click) the FSUIPC7.exe. You can do this with or
without MSFS running. FSUIPC7 will automatically connect to the MSFS (in its default configuration – see later) when
started.
When you start FSUIPC7, you will see a splash screen indicating that FSUIPC is running. The splash screen will
disappear automatically after a second or two. FSUIPC7 will then sit as an icon in your system tray."

I still manually connected to FSUIPC and ran MSFS. It shows that FSUIPC is connected to sim

I ran PF3 and it is the same problem.
Initial window shows ACRAS notice but no frequencies. ( I have selected an option to show frequencies)
After that there is no message on window when I hit 0 button.
I checked clearance frequency on MSFS and tuned it but no response. IT may be a wrong frequency but PF3 does not prompt me to connect to correct frequency.
On PF3 page, no red and green lights are shown.

Best wishes
Ash
