| Activated program without issues, but when I tried to open the program, I got the following message: Your voice set installation is not complete. Please visit our support forum to report the problem. PF3 is unable to continue. There is no debug_monitor file. Only a startup log which is attached. What's up? |

| From your main PF3 folder right click the PF3_Validate.exe program and select 'Run as Administrator' and post the resulting log here. It certainly sounds (excuse the pun) like your installation did not complete when installing the voice sets. Did you run the installer as Admin? You may also need to turn off your Anti Virus during the install. But let's just check the validation log first. |

| Yes, I gathered as much too. It wasn't so much what, but why. I resolved this issue by uninstalling/reinstalling. I am still digesting the manual, so I am not sure if all is OK, but at least I did not get an error. when opening the program. |

| Well despite the message the files aren't actually 'missing' they're just not getting installed. So, something on your system is preventing that happening and my guess would be it's your anti virus program. The PF3 installer simply runs numerous self extracting zip files when installing the voice sets and some virus programs have an issue with that. Have you tried installing with your AV turn off? I'm also assuming you are running the installer in elevated Admin mode i.e. right-click then select 'Run as Administrator'? |

| Yes to both Dave, AV off and Admin. Some. Wav files install (like batch files) however obviously not all Just looking for a solution. |

| Do those messages flash up quite quickly and step through from 1 of 42 through to 42 of 42? Also, for you have a lot of files in your main PF3 folder named PF3_STD?.exe and PF3_RAD?.exe (where ? = A thru Z)? |

| 1-4 take some time, thereafter they flash through. PF3_STD?.exe and PF3_RAD?.exe (where ? = A thru Z) in a Wav folder, yes. Not as .exe? |
