| I downloaded the PF3 demo this evening because I really want to try this program before I buy it and it seems a really nice program. I did the installation of the PF3-demo but the program shut down as soon as I pushed on "select a flight plan" instead of displaying the select a flight plan dialogue. My FS is MSFS. Any idea how I can fix it ? Thanks for reply. |

| Yes, it would seem you have an issue with the display skins used by PF3. Some systems have this problem and I don't know why unfortunately. It may just be the one skin that causes the issue but the best thing to do primarily is to turn all skins off. To do that you need to go to Options #1 from the main menu then select Advanced Options and INI File Tweaks. From the next display, under the Misc section, just select 'Don't Use Skins' then click on Save Changes. Exit back to the Main Menu and then Exit the program completely and restart PF3. Hopefully everything should be okay now. |
