| Post subject: | Change to IFR inflight? |
| I like to fly VFR and am very happy with PF3, however when I want to land at a medium or larger airport I find that calling downwind, base and final a bit unrealistic. I was wondering if you can change to IFR in mid flight and get normal vectors to finals or if there is some other way. I am a new user, so if something is obvious that I have missed, please be gentle. Thanks in advance. |

| Why do you say calling Downwind, Base and Final is unrealistic if you're flying VFR? If you tune to FSS (default is 122.20) you can use Hotkey #6 to toggle from VFR/IFR |
