The first press of the 'zero' key I get request taxi'.

I do not get clearance at all

What have I missed

No idea because you didn't attach your debug_monitor.log as requested above in large red letters!! ;)

No good at all I'm afraid... I need to see the log when you had the actual problem. If you've done another flight since the problem the log will be named Old_Debug_Monitor.log, if you've done more than one flight since the issue the log will be lost, in which case please try the same flight again and if the problem reoccurs then attach the log file.
